We have had great fun sailing and staying aboard the Jasmine Rose and have many great memories with family and friends but the time has come to pass her to the next fortunate owner as we move on to new travel adventures.
A 52 feet x 10 feet widebeam that internally everyone finds surprisingly spacious. Also, when compared to the more common 60 feet x 12 feet widebeams, the Jasmine Rose is easier to sail and is very manoeuvrable when cruising or mooring. The 10 feet width offers easier handling that is helped further by her elliptical cruiser stern and the Vetus 95 Bow Thruster.

Bespokely designed, Jasmine Rose is a top quality widebeam with high class joinery, great attention to detail and extremely comfortable. A stylish and very practical live-aboard but also ideal for touring.

Designed to be a true home from home with a large open plan galley (kitchen) / dining area that is accessed via the oak steps from a large cruiser stern that is ideal for sitting or dining outdoors. The spacious lounge area is extremely comfortable and for even more  coziness you can snuggle up by the multi fuel stove. The lounge has a solid oak bespokely built TV cabinet area with six drawers offering great storage, housing a large screen smart TV on a tilt and swivel bracket so viewable from the lounge or kitchen.
The 10 feet width enhances the home comforts offering much greater space and light compared to the compromises on space typical of a 6'-10" wide narrowboat.

The Galley is carefully designed, spacious, with 40mm solid oak worktops, plenty of domestic size wall and floor cabinets / drawers and factory painted solid wood doors complimented by the stylish tiling. A four burner Belling Gas Hob and Double Gas Oven makes cooking as easy as at home.

A bespokely designed solid oak dining table matches the worktops but doubles as an ideal home office desk area. This is easily movable to accommodate up to six dining chairs if family or guests are aboard. The Galley and Dining area have practical but stylish vinyl floor covering.
A spacious carpeted lounge area comfortably seats 6 people or more with the use of the dining chairs. Two very comfortable armchairs have large matching footstools, great when relaxing in the armchairs but also serve as extra comfortable seating and offer excellent box storage for bedding.

The armchairs convert very easily into very comfortable single beds or placed side by side as an extra double bed. The armchairs also provide ample storage for bedding, etc. Up to 4 people can sleep in comfort in the lounge area as two further Z beds with box covers to match the armchairs provide a further bench settee or for use as two extra beds.

The Ecosy+ Purefire Curve 5kw, Multi-Fuel, Defra Approved Stove is central to the lounge area and sits on a light grey bespokely carved stone hearth with wood store beneath. There is also excellent diesel powered Webasto central heating to all rooms and serving five radiators in total.

LED lighting is recessed behind the central oak veneer ceiling panelling with ample well positioned LED downlights throughout.
A central shower and WC room are accessible to people sleeping in either of the adjoining rooms. Accessible via an enclosed corridor that also contains extra storage with three 600m wide floor mounted cupboards with a solid oak worktop over.

The spacious bathroom is equal to that found in most homes and stylishly tiled with a full size quadrangle shower cubicle, radiator and a hand washbasin with mirrored cupboards over and cupboards under. A Sanimarine pump out flush toilet flushes to a large 300 litre capacity waste tank, ideal when touring or for longer stays.
A large double bedroom at the bow can also be used as a second lounge area. This room has its own wall mounted Smart TV with a large built-in wardrobe that is a very useful and flexible storage area.

A large settee in this room, identical in design to the lounge armchairs, easily converts to a very comfortable full sized double bed with ample storage for bedding. A further bench style and very comfortable footstool also has very good storage.

When sailing with friends or family aboard this adaptable room with a settee and bench stool provides great extra seating options. Hand built solid oak steps lead to the Bow deck, most find this to be their favourite area to sit when sailing.
Having a blank canvas when we acquired the excellent Cauldon shell and commissioned the build we took the opportunity to add enhanced insulation features with 100mm solid Kingspan underfloor insulation installed to ensure the boat would be a cosy and comfortable live-aboard. This is complimented by the double glazing to every window and porthole.

The Cauldon Hull originally had three coats of epoxy two pack and in September 2022 a further seven coats of epoxy two pack were added, unusually in a mid grey as we thought this complemented the livery of the boat.

Currently moored in a Marina on the Lancaster Canal, a beautiful Contour Canal. Arrangements can be made to have the boat lifted at Garstang Marina on the Lancaster Canal allowing the boat to be transported to anywhere in the UK or to mainland Europe.

As a new build today this boat may cost around £150k but with a long waiting time for a build start, fit out and delivery.

All equipment and furnishings have been carefully researched and selected for quality, design and comfort but to also provide versatility and easily adaptable options in the two main rooms. All equipment and furnishings can be purchased with the boat subject to an agreed valuation.
